Terms + Conditions
Welcome to Mazzfit Movement. Below are the Terms and Conditions for working with our company, and, upon signing, replaces any previous terms you may have signed in connection with our business. As a client of Mazzfit Movement, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country to participate in our services.
Minimum Commitment
1:1 Online Coaching
Online Premium Coaching Online coaching services provided by Mazzfit Movement have a minimum 12 week commitment period. You are expected, and required to commit to this term upon signing up for your chosen service. You will also be required to pay this fee as per what you confirmed with Emily. If you decide to cancel during this period, you will be required to pay the 12 weeks in full. After the minimum commitment period your service will continue on a weekly basis until a cancellation request has been processed. Membership:
Membership coaching services provided by Mazzfit Movement is on a month to month basis. It is up to you to manage your payments and can cancel anytime. You can do so via the web client log in (also provided via email upon signing up). Do not message @mazzfit on Instagram for any membership related concerns. Payment of Service
You will be required to pay for your services via Newie direct debit.
You will be subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee.
You may choose to pay in weekly instalments. This is via automatic direct debit only.
If a payment fails, you will be required to make payment at your first convenience. If you do not, you will be at risk of your service being put on a temporary or permanent hold.
In the event of a payment failure, a dishonour fee may be applied. The payment system will automatically try to recharge your card.
If you have any changes to your bank card, bank account or payment method, you are required to let Mazzfit Movement know immediately and inform via email.
We may at any time, at our discretion, adjust the cost of your online coaching at the end of your minimum commitment period. If this is to occur, we are required to provide you at least 14 days’ notice in writing to your nominated email address. This will come into effect in your next payment following the end of the notice period.
Refunds are not applicable with your service.
Cancellation of your service
1:1 Online Coaching
You are required to provide 14 days notice to cancel your service. If you are within your minimum commitment period, you are to provide as much notice as possible that you would like to cancel your service at the end of the period. Cancellation notices are to be provided in writing to info@mazzfitmovement.com
2. If you are within your minimum commitment period, you are to provide as much notice as possible that you would like to cancel your service at the end of the period.
3. Coaching requires a minimum 12-week commitment, but it is an ongoing service. After the initial 12 weeks, your coaching will automatically continue, and payments will continue to be debited unless notice is given. You may cancel at any time after the 12-week period, provided you give 14 days' notice.
2. Membership:

In the event of a payment failure, a dishonour fee may be applied. The payment system will automatically try to recharge your card. Pause Periods
Your service can be put on hold for up to 8 weeks over a yearly period and up to one pause during a 6-month period.
You are to provide at least 14 days written notice for your service to be paused. Written notice must be emailed to info@mazzfitmovement.com
Pause periods are not valid in your minimum commitment period.
Your program will be put on hold, and your app access may be removed during this time period.
Medical Disclaimer
Upon signing up with our program, you will be required to fill in a PARQ form through our training app. If you disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and/or disability, you will be required to provide a doctor's referral.
Mazzfit Movement will be providing you with advice, techniques and instructions on how to complete physical activities. You understand you are solely responsible for your safety and wellbeing when training.
You agree to not hold Mazzfit Movement available for any injuries or medical conditions that may occur during your time with Mazzfit Movement.
You understand that any advice provided to you is not medical advice, nor do they substitute for a consulting professional
You acknowledge that any nutritional advice provided by Mazzfit Movement is guided under the completion of Certificate IV in nutrition and anything above this is general in nature and may not be tailored to your specific needs or medical conditions. For extensive nutritional guidance, you should consult a registered dietician and/or a general practitioner.
You understand that we do not provide diagnosis, treatment or advice outside of our scope of work.
Liability
We do not accept liability or any injury or illness sustained during or after our service. By using our service, you accept all risks and take responsibility for your own safety.
You understand that results are not guaranteed, and it is solely your responsibility to ensure you are following the guidance of your program to assist in achieving results.
Service Terms
Communication
You are expected to respond in a timely manner and be polite in your communication with Mazzfit Movement
Derogatory comments, defamation or slurs will not be tolerated and your service will be cancelled immediately.

Check-ins
You are expected to complete your check-in on time. If you do not, you accept that your results may be impacted.
If you do not submit your check-in on time, your check-in may be missed and reviewed in the following week.
You may reschedule a check-in call with at least 3 hours notice & reschedule to be done via Calendly. If there are no available times your call will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
You understand that Mazzfit Movement may use your videos and/or photos of the client to market and promote their service. You are not entitled to any compensation of this use.
You will gain access to educational content including but not limited to e-books, meal plans, nutrition guides, spreadsheets. You are not permitted to copy or distribute this. If you do, your service will be cancelled immediately.
Personal Information
You understand that your personal information will be collected and stored for the purpose of your service. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with a third party without your consent.
Upon signing up for online coaching services, you hereby consent to being added to the email mailing list of Mazzfit Movement. You acknowledge that you may receive promotional and informational emails from Mazzfit Movement, and may opt-out of the mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.

By purchasing and using the recipe eBooks available through Mazzfit Movement, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable: All sales of our recipe eBooks are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once the purchase has been made.
Nutritional Information: The calorie and macronutrient information provided in the recipe eBooks has been calculated to the best of our ability using commonly available ingredients and reputable databases, including the NUTTAB (Australian Nutrition Database) and USDA databases for whole foods, as well as data from nutritional information panels on packaged foods. However, actual nutritional values may vary due to factors such as ingredient variations, portion sizes, cooking methods, and brand differences.
Variations in Data: The calorie and macronutrient values are based on standard calculations, using 4 calories per gram of protein, 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates, and 9 calories per gram of fat. Please note that some entries may not perfectly align due to variations in ingredient composition, and some values may include fibre and sugar alcohols as calories, as per standard tracking methods.
General Tracking Advice: While we aim for accuracy, these values are provided as general guidelines for the average population. If you have specific dietary concerns or requirements, we highly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional or nutritionist for personalised advice. Additionally, always refer to the nutritional labels on packaged ingredients for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
