My fitness journey started in confusion. I was eating healthy but didn't know how to fuel my body. I trained every day — gym sessions, cardio, trending workouts — all while constantly dieting. I was exhausted, lacked confidence, and felt like I was getting nowhere.
I've been the 'skinny fat' over-training and under-eating, and I've also been overweight. I've been in your shoes.
When I invested in a coach and a sustainable approach tailored to me, everything changed. It became my mission to simplify fat loss and body recomposition for women.
